An online Request Form is now available for you to register a request or a complaint with the City. 

This program allows you to file an anonymous complaint.  Simply type the word "anonymous" where it asks for your name, and be sure to keep track of your request number so that you can check back on the status of your request.  The request number will come up as soon as you click "submit."

If you prefer to call or come in to City Hall, City staff can enter the information for you and provide you with your own private request number to track the response.  The City strives to respond to citizens within two business days.  Please be sure to contact City Hall if you have any trouble using this program.
